Not bad.I would think about going over the Rule of Thirds when considering this photo. It advocates placing the horizon at either the top third, or bottom third of the frame. If the sky is extremely interesting, and is the primary subject of focus, place the horizon at the bottom third; if the foreground is what's interesting, and the sky is clear and boring, place the horizon in the bottom third. The sky looks fairly uninteresting, and the farmhouse is clearly the subject here, so I would suggest that if you had a chance to re-take this, to frame it so that the horizon is at the top third of the screen.
Also, think about perhaps adjusting the channel mixer in photoshop to tweak the colors; farmer's fields and landscape shots are known for having brilliant yellows, and it doesn't look like you're doing the red in that farmhouse justice. You're getting the basics though. Keep at it.
